Borusan Pipe USA. offers all API connections and a variety of licensed connection offerings as mill finished products from our Baytown facility. Each product is designed to meet the ever-changing needs of well design and construction.
Our facility is equipped with three state-of-the-art threading lines operated by seasoned professionals who deliver best-in-class run speeds while sacrificing nothing from a quality standpoint. Our efficient design, world-class planning and scheduling, strong partner and vendor relationships, and top-notch CNC threading machines allow us to serve the needs of our customers well beyond the “industry standard.”
Threaded and coupled semi-premium
GBCD:Semi-premium connections for applications ranging from deep water and offshore wells to “super-lateral” wells.
GEOCONN: Internally flush, API buttress-interchangeable connector used as casing for geothermal wells and heavy oil recovery such as SAGD, a liner for horizontal wells or for drilling with casing.
TCBC-HT: Designed for horizontal and extended reach wells, drilling with casing, production casing and tiebacks, intermediate casing and stainless steel applications.
Threaded and coupled premium metal-to-metal seal
JFEBEAR: Designed and tested to withstand the industry’s toughest well conditions, including those that exceed the load of an API Class 1 qualified connection.
TCPC: For applications including horizontal and extended reach wells, drilling with casing, production casing and tiebacks, intermediate casing and API upset tubing for 2 3/8″, 2 7/8″ and 3 1/2″ across grades.
Borusan maintains relationships with approved third-party thread shops. We can arrange for plain-end sales that allow customers to thread at the locations of their choosing.
